- **Natural Conditions:** Severe weather, natural disasters, or other natural events that make performance temporarily impossible.
- **Short-Term Issue:** Reschedule the Pooja to a mutually convenient later date at no extra charge.
- **Long-Term/Unforeseen Issue:** If the issue is prolonged or prevents performance indefinitely, we will offer a **full refund** of the booking amount.
3. Cancellation and Returns for E-commerce Products
3.1. Product Cancellation
Orders for physical products (Samagri, books, devotional items) can be cancelled for a **full refund** only if the cancellation request is received **before the product has been shipped** (i.e., before tracking information has been generated and shared).3.2. Product Returns and Refunds
