1. Delivery of Online Pooja Services

Online Pooja Services are performed by our authorized Purohits/Pandits at designated locations. These services do not require any physical shipping unless stated otherwise.

  • Pooja Confirmation: Customers receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp after successful booking.
  • Live Streaming (If Applicable): If live streaming is included, the link is shared 12–24 hours before the event.
  • Pooja Video Recording: If a recording is part of the package, delivery occurs through email/WhatsApp within 24–72 hours of completion.
  • Digital Sankalp: Sankalp details are taken during booking and confirmed digitally.

2. Delivery of Non-Perishable Prasad & Pooja Samagri

For selected Poojas, non-perishable Prasad, blessed items, or Pooja Samagri may be shipped to customers.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Handling time: 2–4 business days after the Pooja is completed.
  • Delivery time: 5–12 business days within India depending on location.
  • International delivery timelines vary between 10–28 days.

Note: Perishable Prasad is not shipped unless explicitly mentioned in the service description.

3. Shipping Policy for Products (Store Items)

We sell products like incense sticks, deity idols, yantras, gemstones, Rudraksha, Pooja thali sets, and similar items.

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Domestic delivery: 4–10 business days.
  • International delivery: 10–25 business days (customs delays may occur).

Shipping Charges

  • Displayed at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier rates.
  • Free shipping may apply during offers or on specific products.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges apply.

4. Delivery of Astrological Consultation Services

Astrological services include consultations, chart readings, reports, and personalized guidance.

Delivery Modes

  • Phone Call Consultation (scheduled, recorded only if included)
  • Video Consultation (Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp)
  • Written PDF Report (sent via email/WhatsApp)
  • Audio Recording (if part of the service)

Delivery Timelines

  • Consultation scheduling: within 24–72 hours of booking.
  • PDF/Report delivery: 3–7 business days from the consultation date or booking date.

No physical shipping is involved unless specified.

5. Pilgrimage Booking Services (in Association with Tripholy.com)

Pilgrimage and Yatra services are fulfilled through our partner travel platform Tripholy.com.

Delivery & Booking Confirmation

  • E-tickets, itinerary, and booking confirmations are delivered digitally via email/WhatsApp.
  • No physical courier shipping is done for travel services.

Responsibility

Tripholy.com handles all travel arrangements, confirmations, cancellations, and logistics. Vidhividhan.com acts as a facilitator only.

6. Vendor-Based Service Delivery (Purohits & Astrologers)

Some services may be delivered by registered vendors on our platform.

  • Vendors are responsible for timely delivery of services assigned to them.
  • Vidhividhan may intervene in case of disputes or delays.

7. Multiple Shipping & Delivery Scenarios

A single order may contain multiple items such as:

  • Pooja service + Prasad shipping
  • Product purchase + astrological consultation
  • Multiple physical products

In such cases:

  • Services and physical goods may be delivered separately.
  • Shipping timelines apply as per category.

8. Delivery Delays

Certain events may cause unavoidable delays:

  • Weather or natural calamities
  • Civic restrictions or strikes
  • Courier partner delays
  • Pandit availability or temple scheduling

We will make a reasonable effort to update customers in case of major delays.
